Items purchased anywhere else or through any other retailer are not subject to this policy and are covered exclusively by the policy of the merchant from whom the items were purchased. By ordering any products on this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions so please read carefully. If you refuse to accept them then you should not order any products from this site.
Shipping in Australia
We send all our orders within two days after ordering with express post trough Australia post. Orders should arrive 2-4 days after order is placed. Please note that we do not accept liability for items lost in the mail.
Shipping outside Australia
We ship internationally, all international orders will be shipped within two days after ordering with Australia post. Deliveries will usually arrive within 7-10 days of shipping. Tracking for international orders are not available. if you require Tracking please contact us at ADMIN@APOM.NET.AU, and we will organise tracking for a small fee. Please note that we do not accept liability for items lost in the mail. The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning import, including customs charges and duty.
Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges or returns will only be processed within the required 14-day period from date of delivery.Any item not received within this time period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition, must not have been worn, altered in any form, washed or dry-cleaned. They must have original tags attached with a copy of the receipt. We will not accept returned items that have been damaged or marked.
No refunds given on sale items, only exchanges accepted.

No refund or exchange given on sample sale items.
We will not be responsible for any returned packages that are not sent via a traceable mail or freight method.
Please enclose you receipt with your item. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive email notification of this. Return postage costs are your responsibility also.
Discount or promo codes are not valid on sale items if not otherwise stated.
